The staff was very good. The room was big with a small balcony. It was the same as the Gosho Villa. We arranged a car to take us to the hot spring (the hotel's hot spring was under construction) and walked back in a few minutes. The dinner was a kaiseki meal, the food and tableware were very exquisite. We were told in advance that there was no Kobe beef, but I saw other travelers had it. I don't know why different people had different menus. There was a grilled fish for breakfast, but it was average, not as good as the buffet at a business hotel.
