I use it when I travel to Kobe, and this is the third time this time. I always choose a large room with a bus unit, but the interval between the toilet and the bath is wide and relaxing and can be satisfied. Because of the corona fin, the roomware was placed in front of the front desk, but there was no guide to take it from the front desk, and I entered the room and took off my clothes. I went to get clothes again. Also, it was not possible to stop the breakfast buffet, but it was a pity that I couldn't choose bread. The bread in this hotel is delicious and a little disappointed to have been looking forward to it. Then there was nothing to drink coffee only in mechanical instants. The hotel is conveniently located, close to Nanjing Street and Havalando. The room is small but clean. The breakfast is Indian food, not very tasty. There are few varieties, and even fewer suitable for children. The room was booked with two single beds and a sofa bed. I thought I could put the sofa bed and the single bed together with my children, but there was no sofa bed in the room. The reason is that when filling in the number of people staying, I wrote two adults, and I need to pay extra for the sofa bed. Everyone must pay attention when booking. I have stayed in hotels of this brand many times, and basically there is nothing I can fault except that the rooms are a little smaller. 
In addition to the hot springs on the top floor, there are also free ice cream bars and drinks, as well as free massage chairs (15mins), which is really enjoyable!

Location of hotel is superb, literally steps from the train station. The street beside the hotel is lined with restaurants, hence you will never go hungry. The configuration of the room was a little awkward, making 1 pax hard to get off and on the bed. View from the room was great.
Hotel staffs were super helpful and gave us a good suggestion for dinner.

Four years ago, when the epidemic broke out, I stayed in Kobe for two nights during the Spring Festival. Four years later, I took my wife and children to visit my hometown again.
This time I stayed for two nights. There was a cleaning sign at the door, but for some reason it was not cleaned. I just hung a bag of towels and other supplies at the door.
The surrounding area of the hotel is very quiet, and it is about 700 to 800 meters away from the commercial street and Sannomiya Station. It can be reached on foot. It's closer to Huashijimae Station, about 4,500 meters away. You can take this line to America Park. If you know how to take a bus, there is a direct bus to and from Kansai Airport, which is very convenient.

Although it is the same Higashi Ward citizen, it was difficult to go out of the prefecture due to the corona disaster, and I stayed at a good price for the citizens of the prefecture, so I stayed at the nearby Plaza Hotel with a plan with a big Patos ticket. Dinner was limited to summer vacation and there was a Dinaso buffet. This is the children's delight. Dinosaurs welcomed me from the entrance, and the dishes were a wide variety of menus with dinosaur motifs. The sweets and desserts were also substantial, and I was very satisfied and full. The buffet the next morning was also very delicious. The child played home until he became a het in the pool. It became a good memory of summer vacation. I would like to use it again.

KKWCA modern hotel with friendly staff. The room is small but this is already expected from most of hotels in Japan. Everything is kept clean and in order. There is not much of amenities such as gym, pool or spa. There are vending machines, microwave and washing machine on some floors. Breakfast was included in my hotel booking and provided a lot of variety although they are same in the both days I was there. The hotel location is very convenient, walking distance from train stations such as Sannomiya & Motomachi, and eateries at Ikuta road.

GGuest UserI used it for the first time. It is very convenient because it is close to Sannomiya Station and there are many commercial facilities and restaurants. The front was a main road, but the room was quiet. The staff 々 also felt good, and it was helpful to keep my luggage for a little time after checking out. The room was clean and he had a view of the city. (Middle floor) The buffet-style breakfast was also fulfilling and delicious for the reasonable accommodation fee. It is convenient to walk to the sightseeing tour bus stop in 5 minutes ～ 6 minutes.

NNormanHotel Okura is very prestigious place with Japanese emperor frequently visited. One of the big conglomerates Pre world war 2. 1 year ago, Japanese emperor had visited Okura Kobe. However, it has been subpar to say the least and overpriced.
Cleanliness (Stains in a lot of spots)
As you can see from the photo. There were stains at bathtub. When I asked the front, they said it is inevitable due to how long it has been used. Even the washroom inside Okura had stains and dust, which is very concerning considering it’s price point
Location (Good for sea views but bad for tourism, walking and traveling)
The location for sea view is amazing and it’s near haborland and BeKobe. However, Meriken-Oriental park also offer the same sea view + direct port for ferry with same price point and better cleanliness.
The big problem with its location is it is far from everywhere else. Some tourist spots such as Kitano Ijinkan, sanomiya city center, waterfalls and herb garden. The JR is at Shin-Kobe which is around 15min taxi. Walking is pain the ass, as front entrance is only for cars, in order to walk, you need to go through one of the three sub-entrances, which requires you taking elevator or walking stairs
The location is not bad but there are hotels with better location such as ANA Crowne Plaza Kobe.
Directly under the shinkansen, 5 min walk (one street) from kitano ijikan and one straight line to waterfall and herb garden. The service was also fantastic.
Service (Amazing, but can’t really speak English)
The only thing going for the hotel with this price point was its service. Everyone was really kind and helpful, very professional. I have seen several times staffs were struggling with English speakers but aside it’s amazing.
Amenities. (It got the regular stuff but lacking minor stuff like weight scale, free newspaper etc which gets offered at same price point)

GGuest UserThe nice appearance inside and outside the building is in other word of mouth, so there is little information about the bath 々. The bath here is directly connected to the Goshobo source, and you can enjoy fresh hot springs more than the head family's Goshobo. There are two private baths like a slightly larger family bath, and it is a system that can be used at any time if it is free without reservation. Since you can use the large communal bath of Goshobo for a certain time in the evening, everyone seems to be going there, and both of these baths were monopolized and unlimited from afternoon to night. It is a perfect inn for hot springs, but it is a little expensive for long stays. I have to cut 10,000 yen without meals for one night.

GGuest User部屋に露天風呂付き、朝夕部屋食でこの宿を選びました。 この条件としては他のホテルに比べとても安くてお得感がありました。 部屋での食事は工夫されていておいしく、また係りの方も丁寧で良いです。 フロントにはありましたが、部屋にアルコールスプレーが置かれていないのは残念でした。 部屋の露天風呂は大きな開き戸を全開すると天井はありますが露天風呂になります。半露天かな。ラドン温泉水は常時注ぎ込まれており、バスタブは深く広く夫婦と子供2人の4人くらいなら一度に入れるくらいの大きさでとても開放感があります。 部屋にはその浴槽1つのみで、身体の洗い場スペースもあります。 その開放された窓からの景色はすばらしく、川向こうの山の爽やかな緑一面なのでとてもリラックスできます。鴻朧館のHPのトップにある景色そのままでした。 さらに高価格の宿と比較すると設備で高級感は少し劣りますが、有馬の他の宿は街中にあるのでこの景色は臨めないでしょう。 大浴場は行っていませんがコロナ前には小さい缶ビールも無料提供されていました。現在は中止中でした。川沿いに金泉のお風呂もあります。 駅からはシャトルバスがあり、川沿いを少し上ると意外と混んでいるマス釣り場や滝があります。

The parking lot on the day of stay can be parked after 10 am. I checked in at 15:00, but I arrived early because it was crowded the day before the Arima Onsen holiday. From there, I was allowed to wait for an hour at the front desk. 10 minutes ago, the male staff explained the facilities and emergency exits in the building while saying an extra word that it was a little early. If you are an inn like this, you will serve welcome tea and sweets and entertain you at first, but it may be a shortage of labor. The room had an open-air bath. I was satisfied with the massage chair, but unlike the image I saw in advance, the sheets were laid on the mattress. Did you miss the futon? It was so thin. For dinner, he offered beef and sashimi close to the edge, probably because he was conscious of profitability. The white rice is not sharpened well or it is scalded. The soup stock tastes like the second soup stock, probably because it was taken wrong. When I was sleeping early in the morning, I woke up with the loud sound of dropping the plate in preparation for breakfast. Ssa2kiI went by car, but the affiliated parking lot was full and I parked in the nearby coin parking. There are many parking around the hotel, but I struggled to find it because there are many steps. If you use the train, I think it's good because it's near the station. The room is semi-double and compact. The bed making was clean.
