Wir haben auf eine Suite umgebucht. Sehr schön.
Essen im Gourmetrestaurant entsprach nicht ganz unseren Vorstellungen.
Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Anwendungen sehr gut.
Sauna Samstag sehr voll trotz Corona.
Rundum ein Luxusaufenthalt.

Rustige en mooie ligging aan de Moezel. Vriendelijk onthaal. Esthetisch mooie kamer (type Moselkoje) , geriefelijk met ruime bergingsmogelijkheden (kast en schuiven). Uitzonderlijk geriefelijke badkamer met ruime bergingsmogelijkheden (legplank en schuiven). Vermeldenswaard is het afzonderlijk WC. Uitgebreid en lekker ontbijtbuffet.

Alles hat gestimmt: das Hotelambiente,das Zimmer,das gute Essen, die schöne Umgebung und glücklicherweise auch das tolle Wetter. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich. Es gibt einen sehr schönen Spabereich. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt.

Service steht in keinem Verhältnis zum Preis. Lange Wartezeiten. Kuchen nicht wirklich frisch, Kaffee wurde erheblich später gebracht. Bei solchen Preisen erwarte ich dass dies funktioniert. Es macht den Eindruck dass das Personal nicht wirklich Lust hat zum arbeiten. Wir sind enttäuscht

Hotel und Service wahren exzellent. Auch ein Großen Lob an die Küche. Das 3 Gänge Menü wahr vom anderen Stern. Sehr vorzüglich. Ich kann nur jedem das Hotel empfählen. Ich werde Bestimmt zum meinem nächsten Besuch in Koblenz hier Einchecken. Macht weiter so.

Sehr gutes und schönes Hotel. Ich war zu einer Tagung mehrere Tage im Hotel. Schon beim Check In gab es ein Begrüßungsgetränk. Das Zimmer war modern mit einem sehr großzügiges Badezimmer.
