First of all i have no idea what kind of policy of asking to mention in the check in form that were i am coming from and were i am going to. Thats totally personal and secondly the receptionist guy attitude is like i am staying for free on his charity and thirdly no room service extension wont pick my call or concerened to acknowledge any of my order of food or aminities delivered from outside
Dont know what is hospitality
Not gonna book again if having a chance

Nice hotel in Cochin,Kerala.Food is also good but expensive.Uber/Rapido is accessible.Helpful and cooperative.Overall satisfied.

We stayed at this three-star hotel in Kochi for one night during a family trip. The location is convenient, close to Ernakulam Town Railway station and easily accessible by public transport. The staff was polite and helpful, especially at the front desk.
The room was decently sized and clean, though the furniture and fixtures felt a bit dated. The air conditioning worked fine.
Overall, it’s a decent budget-friendly option for short stays, but there’s room for improvement in terms of amenities and upkeep. Good for travelers who are looking for basic comfort without splurging.

The hotel is near to the train station, main roads as well. It is easily to arrive to attraction spots around the city.
