Hotel Arches is a great place to stay if you’re visiting Fort Kochi. Fantastic location near a lot of tourist attractions, shopping and cafes. Kerala Cafe is literally next door. The staff are very kind and helpful. Checkin was quick and easy. The room is basic but very clean. Bed was firm, lots of pillows and comfortable. Room faced the street but was pretty quiet and had no trouble sleeping. Aircon worked well and the room was stocked with water. No wash cloths which could be added as well as a safety deposit box…didn’t see one but also didn’t ask so it could have been there. Hotel felt very safe even as a solo woman traveler. I would definitely stay there again.

Rooms are small with a nice balcony area, the hotel is friendly and on a good street which is quiet and within a few minutes of a nice street where there are lots of restaurants.
The food place next door is also very good!!

Отель понравился, очень хорошее расположение, в двух шагах набережная на которой расположены китайские сети, хорошая прогулочная зона, рядом с отелем находится хороший супермаркет. Чистые и достаточно просторные номера, чистое белое постельное белье, удобные кровати, вежливый персонал. В отеле организовали экскурсию в Аллапуджу на хаусбот, помогли забронировать билеты в театр Катакали, который находится в десяти минутах от отеля, в ресторане вкусная еда, нам все понравилось, отель рекомендуем.

Lovely place. Well located. Staff are excellent and helpful. Very reasonably priced. Easy access to the shopping area, the fishing nets and Jew Town. Stayed there a number of times. It has an old world charm. Their chicken Almond soup is delicious. Had a relaxed time. Thank you.

We are very happy with our experience in this hotel. The hotel is very nice and clean, the rooms have all the comforts and the position is perfect to visit just walking the fort of Kochi. We also like the breakfast on the terrace and the stuff was kind, friendly and helpful. Reasonable price too!

May not look much from the outside but I needed somewhere clean and comfortable and I really liked this hotel. It has a quaint, old colonial feel to it; big windows, old furniture, atrium, books and was very clean. The staff were friendly and arranged a taxi. It’s super close to St Francis church, the waterfront and the cute little arty lanes with coffee shops. Wish I could find more places as comfortable and reasonable as this when travelling around India.

Hotel Arches is perfectly located in the heart of Fort Kochi, with cafés, shops, and major sights all within walking distance. The rooms are beautiful, spotless, and have a lovely old-world charm — especially with their crisp sheets and cozy decor. The in-house restaurant, Rasoi, serves good food, and the service throughout the hotel is warm and attentive. I especially recommend the deluxe rooms on the second floor — they come with charming balconies that overlook the vibrant streets below. Overall, a wonderful stay that combines comfort, character, and genuine hospitality.
