We recently stayed at Le Meridien Kochi for two nights and had a pleasant overall experience. The room was nice, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day.
The breakfast was definitely a highlight, there was an amazing variety of options to choose from, catering to different tastes, and everything we tried was fresh and delicious.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The only downside was the bathroom, which could do with a bit of updating to match the standard of the rest of the room.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay with great food, and we’d happily return.

Great Hospitality, food, location and amazing team. Especially the F&B team headed by Chef Sathish. Will definitely stay here when in Kochi next.

Fantastic stay. Clean room and great restaurant on site. Buffet breakfast was divine. Clearly labelled items catering to dietary requirements. Friendly staff namely Chef Sunil Kumar, Sahil, Deepak, Rajesh, Triloga.

Best part of my hotel stay was at the hotel restaurant. Dined there for dinner and breakfast and the food was good. Particularly, the breakfast buffet had a good spread. The service at the restaurant, from that of the chefs to the waiters was delightful and friendly. Special mention to the thoughtful service from Sourav, Rajesh Bhakat, Srideep and Triloka!

The hotel condition is below average.
Room and public areas hardware is below average. Service at front office is pretty good, professional and friendly.
Banquet serves coffee with milk premixed and that is very strange, I need to ask the staff if I need a cup of americano, and it took more than 10 minutes to get back and deliver to me.
