Had an excellent stay. Service was top notch. We were greeted very courteously at the reception by Sanika . She made sure everything was sorted and took us to the room. All the amenities weee excellent. At swimming pool sharif really went out of his way while dealing with my son.
Even restaurant food was really good

We spent 2 nights in this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable but a bit tired. The restaurant buffet was pretty much the same as all the Indian hotels we stayed in during our tour but seemed chaotic due to the large coach parties staying there. During both evenings there were parties taking place by the pool area. The 2nd night the music was so loud that the window was shaking! We complained to the manager who didn't really seem to care about his hotel guests! We went to bed wearing ear plugs to lessen the noise. We should have been made aware of the parties when we checked in and offered a room on the other side of the hotel
