We've stayed here 3 times in the past 6 months on visits to Saginaw, and every time our stay has been pleasant. The staff are friendly, the rooms are nice, the breakfast is great, the hotel is close to the highway and surrounded by any kind of shopping you can imagine. The pool has been closed due to Covid, but I did use the exercise room on our last visit and the equipment was clean and fresh towels were provided.

This hotel is what you would expect from a Residence inn. The front desk staff were very helpful, and efficient. Rooms were large, clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast is your general fare. The first day the breakfast buffet was full. The second day there was about a 10 minute wait for food. The pool is very large for a hotel pool, and there is a hot tub as well. The location is close to dozens of restaurants, and only a 20 minute drive from Birch Run outlets. My family will be staying here again during our next stay in Saginaw.

My husband and I take an annual trip.to Frankenmuth, Mich around Christmas time each year. We usually spend a fortune to stay in the town of Frankenmuth. We decided to stay outside of Frankenmuth and found the Springhill Suites in Saginaw, MI, about 20 min. from our destination. We were so pleasantly surprised by tbe accommodations. The suite was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. The staff was so helpful and friendly - even after locking ourselves out of our room twice. They were attentive and even offered restraunt suggestions. Tbe breakfast offered a great selection - sausage, rggs, waffles, juice, cereal, pastries etc. In addition, the hotel overall abd lobby was clean and very pretty. The only issue, which is minimal, was the pool size. It was a bit small. However, the hot tub was large and very relaxing. The price we paid for a 2 night stay in a beautiful suite at the Springhill Suites in Saginaw would not have covered one night in a standard hotel room in the town of Frankenmuth. I will look for this particular hotel during our future travels. They did everything right.
