Benzz Park - Kodai

I had a fantastic 2-day stay at this hotel with my family. Neat and spacious room. Staff are very cordial. Complimentary breakfast and diner was good. They arrange local tours with nominal rate. I would like to thank Mr.Sathish for the bookings and arrangements and Mr.Daniel for arranging the local tours.

We booked for 3d2n executive room. Even though the room was neat, the bathroom wet areas were unusually slippery. My wife slipped away and fell down. She had head injury and 2 stitches at the KHMS hospital close to this property. When asked them about the condition of the washroom, they simply tried to make reasons and get away with it. While Mr Satish found out the aftermath of the fall, I asked him to arrange rubber mat for the washroom which he did. On the third day of check out, parking was a big time issue. They collect your car keys to re-park the car as required. DO NOT HAND OVER THE KEY to the security guy. Their unskilled driver parked my car right next to the concerete footpath leaving a 10-15 CM long scratch with dent. The unskilled and unprofessional ***ager of the resort on duty came and applied tooth paste and started rubbing off the scratch. The fellow says apply mobil lubricant oil and it will go away. He says I cannot say anything to the driver who was responsible for this. So he just apologized and walked away. SUCH A PATHETIC experience and no customer service. Unprofessional and unattended attitude. Having gone to kodaikanal to celebrate my wifes bday, everything went into vain and loses. I have proofs to declare these sorts of uncalled service offered. The so called General ***ager is not at all fit to perform the duty ot attend to a customers query for an issue caused by themselves. Instead of finding a solution he was more keen yo conceal their mistake and left us there just like that. Location wise this place is good. Other hotel staffs were friendly. For their mustakes I had to pay everything including fixing my car. Im a frequent traveller and vlogger and have stayed in tons if properties and always I have encouraged to share good review. But this will always be unforgetable memory for me and my family. Doctor had advised to take an MRI scanning. One week down the Journey, the pain around the head still exists. MRI scanning result is awaited

Rooms are good but closed. One must not forget that they are visiting hill station so if there is no balcony or good external view what the use of a closed ambience oriented rooms. Food offered is good and people are quite respectable. Overall experience is good with hotel but as there is nothing much to see in kodai one day anta to spend time in hotel and if the rooms are fully closed with no external view of nature at all than all goes in vain.

We stayed here for two nights. Repairing work is going on in this place at this time. Due to which there is a lot of noise and moisture and water leakage in the room. It is not advisable to stay in this hotel during this time. The location is also not good. It is a waste of money

Located close to Kodaikanal centre, and near to Kurinji temple, the property is well appointed and has a good restaurant. The staff attend to the requirements promptly and courteously. The guidance and support to the tourists by of Mr. Gasline Daniel, ***ager is worth noting. They are adding more rooms to the property and hence minor discomforts due to ongoing construction work.

rooms were clean, staffs polite and helpful. Very gud guidance and helping ***agerial staffs. thank you mr. Graslin for the warm hospitality and service. we loved our stay at benzz park kodai! looking forward to our stay next yr in the newly renovated hotel!

Hotel will clean and neet,help disk they are guide tourism spot, laundry clean is good food service is very nice any time given well serives Rooms are clean they given twenty-four hours hot water totally all over very good service
