We visited 'Carlton' at Kodai kanal after 29years..it was an unforgettable experience. Just opening the balcony door to a beautiful serene kodai lake with cool weather. The staff was very helpful n pleasing. It came to me as a big surprise when the entire staff celebrated my birthday which was on 27thMay. It was the best surprise for me. I also enjoyed the Massages after sightseeing beautiful Kodai given from Rakhi and karishma. Reception staff people, including Simran and Anand very kind and helpful. True memories collected will revisit soon. Nature's gift Kodai kanal🥰

Excellent location for the property. Very good food. Clean rooms. Very good staff as well. The entire staff at the restaurant is very helpful and serve with a smile. Good value for money. Certainly coming back. The guest associate - Simran - was helpful.

Nice place to stay in kodai and hotel ambiance is very good and room also very good and they have maintained very weel and out side view is fantastic. Providing cycles to room the lake and also giving hot water any time , facility is very nice from the staff.

Pros: Location, Amazing view of the lake, Great hospitality by world class staff, Delicious food with a decent spread. Well maintained despite being 4 decades old. One can pickup bicycles from the club for a drive around the lake. Areas of improvement: Quality of SPA treatments need an upgrade. Given the large spaces available in the property, a temperature controlled indoor pool with lake view would take the hotel to another level. Charging guests for pool and air hockey may be avoided.

Good service , excellent views , great location. Food is 6/10 . Gym can be a bit bigger and with better equipment , spa was also decent. If food was better then it would be a 10/10 . However overall good experience for a business visit . Would recommend

The Carlton … the name will keep reminding us of one of the best holidays with the perfect view, perfect weather, perfect food!! The service was exceptionally good and they took care of us like family. The activities available here will keep you occupied.. do take the cycle ride (cycles available from carlton) around the lake (early morning is better). Overall this place deserves 5 star rating. Special mention deserves to be made of Ms Simran (guest relation associate) and Mr Venkatesh for helping us and organising my birthday which was very special, and Mr Bharat (staff) and everyone else.

One of the best experiences in a hill station. The staff take care of every need and are very courteous. The food is also very good and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the view is simply amazing. Mr. Anand and his team also arranged some very interesting activities. Special mention to Mr Ashok from housekeeping, Simran in front desk, Marimuthu and Vinoth, and Mr Shankar.
