Location was good. Property is good
but it’s not well maintained
tidy water served through bathroom
dining is the worst experience. Kids even hospitalised due to food poisoning during our stay

Stay was very pathetic. Geyser was not working. Room service rakes a lot of time, even to just order drinking water. Furnitures are too old. Bed for third person was not comfortable. Bedsheet has stains.

The landscape of the resort is very beautiful, we had a comfortable stay, you get to enjoy nature while at the comfort your rooms or cottage, the resort can improve on their room service and house keeping activities. Overall we had a good stay and experience.

The stay was terrible
i reached 4 pm that time no water on tap. We wait more time and after six o clock
call reception he say will send you a person after 30 mins no one came
i go reception and ask
the person not responsible and good ***ners
i travel 8 hrs after reach hotel with my family
how can i adjust without water
last 7pm water came this hotel spoiled my entire vecation

Location and rooms are good but services and bathing water quality was poor. For anything if you ask for 3-4 times still they won’t deliver it, whether it is paid or any other service. Reception, room service no are useless. No one will pick up the phone. Water in washroom is very bad couldn’t take bath from that.

Ample Open space , we stayed in stream view room, rooms are big … kids enjoyed in play area … food was really simple and nice… recommended place for family …
