Varaha Valley Hotel

The entire family had a wonderful experience and would love to come back as soon as possible. The ambience and maintenance was great and would love if more items are added to the restaurant menu. Food was good and enjoyable with excellent services both in-room as well as in the restaurant. Overall stay was extremely nice !

Not worth the price. Food also was very costly, but quality was just ok ok only. No meals available, just the plain rice and there were no suitable side dish for the plain rice. No proactive customer service. They did not even provide the kettle even if we requested, hot water availability in bathroom is as per their convenience only. We need to call them every time for hot water even during the hot water availability timings mentioned by them. These are all ***datory stuffs in a cold place like kodaikanal and should be available 24 hrs. Pathetic wifi connection. Hose pipe in bathroom was not working. Issues with window curtains, could not move as it got stuck. They kept stained towels and blankets (looks like these were not washed), TV remote was not working properly and most of the TV channels were not subscribed. Overall "Varaha Valley" team is more money oriented than meeting customer expectations.

The experience with Varaha valley is really wonderful. I personally thank to Mr.Suresh the way he guided and supported us for the accommodation. People can have their pleasant and comfort stay with Varaha valley. Also the restaurants serves the finest foods for the guests. The room service is too polite with smiley face.

Excellent Stay. Best hotel ever in Kodai. Nice hospitality. Very clean room and shower with hot water facility is great. Thanks to Mr.Suresh & Team ... Look forward to stay in this property again in the near future.
