This property is very good also the location is in the prime location with walkable distance to ***y restaurants and very near to kodai lake. However, the service is horrible which make the entire experience unpleasant. The breakfast menu is worst with very very limited option and same option are repeated daily. Same with lunch and dinner. If you ask for any room service it would take min 20 min that too you have to call multiple times.

There is no anjappar restaurants in respective hotel. No valvet parking and no proper parking space. No proper price traffic for hotel stay. Stay experience was bad and when try to use bathroom, water was very dust and no restroom things available. No hot water was available in bathroom. Room and bathroom very dusty and proper maintenance. Night dinner was very bad. Whole stay experience was very very bad. When we tried to inform about this issue to ***ager till now no response and no proper support from hotel ***agement. No update about refund status for cancellation of additional day.

Totally good but need to improve both room side edg like between the tiles, need to provide tea bag with suger for waiting opening of anjappar at morning and evening closing, need to improve basic aminities.
