I stayed for a day in this property. Service was good and people were courteous. The hot beverages they serve can be improved. The towels are not soft and wash basin doesn't get hot water.

Near to cokkers walk and kodaikanal lake. Good view in the balcony (delux room. Good in hygiene & safety. There is no provide food. Only available tea, coffee and ext. Don't buy that. Waste of money. 1 coffee is 30rs. Room serivice good. Hot water 7am to 11pm. Room heater not available.

Pros -
location - very near to bus stand, receptionists were very helpful and of good hospitality, rooms are ok - average, has tv, budget friendly place cons -
though there is wi fi, unreachable inside any room except the ones near the reception desk, rooms - size - good, rooms are neat and clean but poor lighting, wall paints and switch boards are not maintained properly, washroom - okay - average, hot water is available only for a limited time window (7-11 morning)
