The room is very clean. The waiter is friendly and enthusiastic. The breakfast is very rich, Japanese cuisine with local characteristics. The car can be parked at the back door of the hotel, which is convenient for guests to get on and off. Very good

It's difficult to write a fair review when you've just come from a better western hotel. The only negative thing was that the bathroom wasn't really clean. There were long black hairs in the sink. A fresh sheet with stains had been put on one of the beds. Otherwise everything was OK. The room was quiet and spacious by Japanese standards. The breakfast was very Japanese but everything was fresh and there was plenty of it. Our luggage was stored even after we checked out, which was a big help to us.

I stayed here for a family trip. When I asked where the ice machine was, they kindly put ice in our water bottles. They also kindly helped me out with my forgotten items, which I appreciated.
The breakfast buffet was delicious, but they didn't have my favorite fresh fruit, so I took one minus point off.

I called the hotel because I didn't know the location. I felt very welcomed by the very kind front desk staff. The room was very comfortable, but there was a problem with the bathtub drainage. That was my only regret.
