The room has been renovated, but the toilet is not and is very old. The bathhouse is also very old and messy. There are two indoor pools and a small outdoor one. But you can borrow hair curlers at the front desk, which is a bonus! The parking lot is also very large, and it only takes about 45 minutes to drive to Lake Kawaguchi.

The rooms seem to have been renovated and are spacious and clean. The views from the upper floors are good, but the plumbing in the rooms is old and some of the bathroom walls are damaged and cracked. The large public bath is spacious and the hot springs are great. There is an open-air bath, so I wanted to take a long soak, but the sound of the pump is right next to it, so it bothers me. There were guests talking loudly, so I think they should post a warning sign. I felt the price for a room only reservation was high. The additional breakfast was delicious. It was a shame that the hotel's observation floor was not open, even though the view was good.
