Lovely location room was great close to pool and sea. Receptionists very friendly and helpful sang me a birthday song sweet. Lovely cleaning lady couldn’t have been more helpful really wonderful. Would recommend 👍🏻👍🏻

Territory: The hotel has a very convenient location right on the beachfront. The territory is lush and green, with plenty of trees providing natural shade, which is perfect for relaxing outside. Facilities: One of the main highlights is the swimming pool. It’s perfectly situated and offers some of the best views on the island. Staff: The staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. They truly made our stay pleasant. Breakfast: The breakfasts were good, tasty, and offered a nice variety to start the day. Cleanliness: Our room was very clean. The bed linens were fresh, and the bathroom was spotless, which we really appreciated. Tips: Tropical Mosquitoes: The only downside was the mosquitoes (common for such a green area). Our Tip: We bought mosquito coils at the local 7-Eleven, and they worked perfectly! We used them on the terrace and had no more issues. I highly recommend picking some up as soon as you arrive. Summary: A wonderful place for a relaxing stay. We would definitely come back!

I stayed at this hotel for one night. Not a bad hotel, nice beach, decent breakfast. The hotel needs a little renovation, in my opinion, and more thorough cleaning. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. However, late at night, the loud music from the bar across the street is very disturbing. The thoughtfully provided earplugs don't help, the bass is still very audible. The music stopped around 4am. The air conditioning in the hall periodically "spit out" ice , making a very unpleasant noise before that. This hotel is not for me.

Koh Chang Cliff Beach Resort I stayed in a room with a private pool. A little splurge on myself! It was so fun to have my own pool, to wake up in the morning and just jump into the water for a little cooling off. I could lay on the recliner and read to my heart’s content with no distractions, feet in the water. Morning breakfasts are fantastic and the beach view is amazing! Staff are friendly and helpful. What to know?: it’s the “Cliff Beach Resort”, which means your on a hill… which means climbing. It’SA steep walk from room to beach, but a great opportunity to get your blood flowing. Embrace it. Room for growth: the bedding smelled a bit sour. It’s wet here, so making sure things dry properly is a challenge. My greatest complaint about the room is that there was a ladder propped up against the backside of the pool wall, meaning someone could climb it right into my private room. A little sketch. The ladder is for maintenance, so I just pushed it off the wall. The pool could use a bit of chlorine as algae was present on the pool walls, but honestly, I’d rather have the non-chemical water. The biggest negative which the hotel has no control over is the nighttime noise. There’s a bar across the street which pumps loud music (starting at 10pm and going til like 4am). The hotel actually gives you earplugs when you check in. So lame. There’s two pools. One up on top of the cliff with excellent views. One down by the ocean. Overall, a pleasant stay.

I stayed in the budget room which was basic. I thought the price was high for what it was but it was January and there were no good bargains in the area. The beach was very nice and breakfast was good. The location two was better than expected with lots of restaurants and bars nearby .

Beautiful hotel with breakfast included. Right in to beach which is where everyone is. Friendly staff. Please don't leave anything outside if you stay ocean view, the monkeys will steal it all!!! 🤣🙊

Every thing in the hotel is old n broken. The swimming pool is dirty without cleaning. The budget room area no security door, i think the whole hotel area no security system.
