Every thing in the hotel is old n broken.
The swimming pool is dirty without cleaning.
The budget room area no security door, i think the whole hotel area no security system.

Very beautiful place built right into the cliffside. We got the room with a private pool! Has is own beach and restaurant. The breakfast buffet was amazing and staff were so friendly. So relaxing and would go back if I ever come back to Thailand 😊

Месторасположение отеля неплохое, по близости есть 7/11, кафешки рестораны и все, что нужно туристу. К сожалению, сказать, что мы остались в восторге или же довольны пребыванием в отеле-нельзя. Проживали мы в номерах budget. А номере практически не было освещения, окна маленькие и матовые из-за чего мало солнечного света попадало внутрь, но помимо этого в самом номере было очень слабо освещено. В целом в номере ты себя не ощущаешь уютно, будто в пещере живешь. Возможно это связано с тем, что мы были в низкий сезон, но ощущение было будто отель в полузаброшенном состоянии, в бассейне не работает ни джакузи ни фонтаны, ничего… за территорией плохо ухаживают. На территории budget номеров на чилл зоне где-то дня 3-4 лежали какашки обезьяны (наверное) и никто это не убирал🙃 сами сотрудники отеля милые и очень доброжелательные к ним никаких вопросов нет, скорее проблема в вышестоящем руководстве, которая пустила на самотек весь отель. А ну ещё важно отметить, что отель можно считать интегрирован в джунгли из-за чего на территории куча живности и обезьянки.

Das Poolzimmer ist spitze. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Angestellten beim Frühstück verstehen kein Englisch. Die Auswahl beim a la Card Frühstück ist recht eingeschränkt. Die Anlage ansich Renovierungsbedürftig. Der Weg vom Zimmer zum.Restaurent bzw zum Ausgang, durch die vielen Stufen, anstrengend.

I enjoyed everything; I love the swimming pool and breakfast. Everybody was friendly and helpful. I even got rides to my room and swimming pool. I will certainly book this Resort for my next visit at Koh Chang.

Я редко пишу плохие отзывы, но тут нельзя не написать. Отель находится в запустении, территория большая,но складывается впечатление, что все заброшено, потому что все как-то не убрано, пляж грязный. Фотографии в описании отеля не соответствуют действительности, такое ощущение, что их сделали очень давно. Так, например, в моем номере остались накладные ресницы на кровати от прошлых жильцов. Отель требует реновации. На завтрак нужно заполнить анкету о том,что ты будешь кушать.
В общем, за эти деньги на острове есть отели получше, сюда я не хотела бы вернуться опять. Единственное, что хочется отметить- это работа персонала, очень дружелюбные и пытаются со всем помочь
