Our friends suggested this hotel and we did not regret it. This place is a perfect balance of price and quality. Big room, delicious breakfast, great pool and own beach in a calm lagoon.

First off, a big thanks to the Trip.com staff for their patience in helping me resolve an issue. As for the hotel, I genuinely do not recommend it. The service is poor, the facilities are substandard, and there's a strong sense of hostility towards Chinese guests. Also, what beach is this hotel even on? Pier Beach? Getting to White Sand Beach requires traversing steep mountain roads. If you don't want to venture out, there's absolutely no commercial activity nearby. There's a 7-Eleven and a PTT gas station across the street, but you're on vacation, right? Additionally, the east side of the hotel is where yachts are moored, so expect noise from parties at night and repairs in the morning. Best to avoid this place if you can.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious, the service was excellent, and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious. We would happily return. The magnificent pools, both by the sea and right by the rooms, were a huge bonus. The gym was excellent; my husband and I worked out there daily. We especially appreciated how spacious and well-equipped it was. And for professional athletes, the highlight is a 220 kg barbell, so you can truly relax without missing any workouts!

Super nice Room. It was clean and really spacious! The staff there is friendly. Our car batterie died and one guy from the staff helped us immediately and wanted to jump start our car. BUT one other guy stopped him so he can sell us a used old battery for 3000baht that died the next day as well... Hotel is nice, just that one guy had only money in his mind haha.
Besides that everybody is super friendly. There is a hotel wide free shuttle (only inside the resort).
In-house Restaurant for dinner is pricey. I would recommend to try local, cheaper food outside.

Staffs are very helpful. Location is nice, just around five minutes from Ao Thammachart Pier. The room is big and fit for family but contains only one WC which is in bathroom. The price is competitive.
