A little worn but perfect on the beach  Unfortunately the internet was bad

This time, we planned to spend a few days each at different beaches on Koh Chang to relax. We decided to visit White Sand Beach, Lonely Beach, Bang Bao Bay, Kai Bae Beach, and finally return to White Sand Beach, so we booked a beachfront room at this three-star hotel (approximately 8,600 baht = 43,000 yen for three nights). The location, facing the beach and close to the town center, was great. Due to some mistake, we were given a pool-view room, and after several attempts to get to the front desk, we were unable to find anyone, so we used Trip.com's customer service to resolve the issue, and although the room was smaller, we were given a beachfront room. Cleaning was not done daily. Water and toilet paper were left outside the door. Cleaning was done on the second night, but the towels were not changed. When we complained to the front desk, we were unfriendly and chased away, being told the pantry was over there, and the staff member handed us the towels reluctantly. Also, the pool water didn't seem very clean, so we didn't swim in it. There were no pool towels either. Overall, we felt the service was not worth the price, and we were very disappointed.

An excellent hotel in its price range. Neat and clean. The sea is about 20 meters from the room exit. There's a great bar with affordable prices right on the beach.

The hotel room was very clean, and the beautiful beach view was right outside the window as soon as you opened the door. I loved this beach room. It was just a short walk to the beach, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The air conditioner is Nong Yai. The air conditioner must be 20,000 and up. The room should not be more than 8,000. It's terribly hot.
