The Stage, Koh Chang

This hotel has a particularly strong aversion to Chinese people, involving severe ****** discrimination, which I will explain in detail below. First, when we entered the room, we noticed a musty smell and extremely dim lighting; I couldn't see anything clearly. A staff member led us in, and she also noticed the unpleasant odor. She tried to turn on the air conditioning to purify the air, but the remote was faulty, and after much effort, she finally managed to get it working. One wall of the room is entirely glass, right next to the sidewalk, meaning that anyone walking by could see into your room if you opened the curtains. However, if you didn't open the curtains, the room was extremely dark, and you couldn't see anything. Then I discovered that the shower only had cold water, no hot water, and the shower handle kept suddenly falling down and hitting my foot. Throughout the hotel, you hear all sorts of animal noises, extremely loud, making it impossible to sleep. Next, I want to talk about the most serious incident of ****** discrimination. When I found that the air conditioner remote was completely unusable, I went to the front desk to ask a staff member for help. When she arrived, she started hitting the remote, which was obviously just because the batteries were dead. However, the staff member actually said in front of me that it was made in China and therefore of poor quality. This statement was completely unfounded. The hotel's facilities were extremely old, and the air conditioner remote was simply out of power because the batteries were dead, yet she said in front of a guest that it was made in China and therefore of poor quality. What's even more absurd is that if you think Chinese products are of poor quality, why don't you buy them from Thailand yourself? I want to ask you, which Thai home appliance brand is truly famous? I cannot forgive this staff member's attitude. She has made me never want to travel to this island again. I believe the hotel must give me a formal apology and explanation, otherwise, I will continue to pursue this matter.

My friends really enjoy here I would visit there one more time

We stayed at Stage Hotel for 15 days, and it was truly wonderful. A very cozy, clean, and comfortable hotel that makes you feel at home from the very first days. The rooms are spotless, the beds are very comfortable, and the snow-white bed linen is a real pleasure to sleep in. The air conditioning works perfectly — the temperature in the room was always comfortable. Special thanks to the friendly and welcoming staff. Everyone was kind, attentive, and made us feel genuinely cared for. Honestly, I was almost in tears when it was time to leave. This is a place you want to come back to again and again. Stage Hotel is not just a hotel — it’s a feeling of comfort, calm, and warmth away from home. We will definitely return ❤️

Good location 2 swimming pool.

Great place for you stay, I only booked 2 nights,  ended up booking 6 nights, lovely staff, no far from market, food/ drink! Has 2 large pools & to small ones for children, all nice and clean,10/10

Been travelling a lot and this the best hotel I have stayed in fully recommend a stay here
