The hotel has a great design, perfect for photos at night. The room was quite spacious, and the shower had good water pressure. Breakfast didn't offer a huge variety, but it was nice that the options changed daily. We had dinner at the same restaurant for four days, choosing items from a set menu, and the service was pretty good. They even left a little folded animal on the bed every day. My only complaint is that the pillow and duvet inserts had a faint sweaty smell, which was quite unpleasant. I hope they can improve that.

I found it quite average. For a supposed 5-star hotel, the bedding had a musty smell and there were cobwebs in the bathtub. When I wanted hot water, I realized there were no glasses. After some back and forth, they finally brought two coffee cups. The wardrobe doors were also extremely stiff. As for a family trip, there wasn't much for kids to do either. Quite disappointing.

We booked a direct pool access room and stayed for two nights with our child. Overall, the stay was good, and the service was excellent. The staff were all very friendly. The only minor issue was that the feather pillows in the room had a strong smell; other than that, everything was great.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is brand new with top-notch facilities. The room was spacious enough for our family of three, and the price included an extra bed and an additional meal. The staff were friendly, the welcome chocolates were delicious, and breakfast was excellent, especially the barista-made coffee and freshly squeezed juice. The nearby Mango Tree restaurant and J Mam Seafood were both fantastic – places we'd definitely visit again!

I've stayed at KC three times before when visiting Koh Chang, but this time I chose Dinso, which has been open for less than two years. The whole aesthetic is natural and uses raw wood for everything, including the bed, nightstands, and chairs. There's a 7-Eleven right outside the hotel, along with some small eateries. This trip, I stayed in a pool access room, which meant I could swim whenever I wanted. The mattress was incredibly comfortable; I fell asleep as soon as I lay down. The hotel also has an outdoor pool and a beach, and the sea breeze in the evening was lovely. There are even swings by the sea. The hotel's breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety. I'll definitely be back!

This Intercontinental hotel has a very comfortable, eco-friendly design. The service is excellent, and the room was cleaned impeccably. My 12-year-old child got a free extra bed, and there were complimentary treats like fruit, popcorn, and drinks by the pool at regular intervals, which made my child very happy. The breakfast area felt like a bustling market, with staff even carrying food in shoulder poles. The fruit was freshly cut, and the juice was freshly squeezed. There was a good variety of food, though the taste was just okay; the pho wasn't as good as what you'd find at a street stall. We also tried dinner; the ambiance was top-notch, right by the sea. The food was average, nothing special. After dark, the restaurant lighting was very dim, which created a great atmosphere, but made it a bit hard to see when picking up food. We stayed for 4 nights, and on our last day, we caught a Thai show with a professional team performing fire dances at the hotel, which was quite spectacular – no need to rush to White Sand Beach for that. Every evening, there was a torch-lighting ceremony, and many of the night lights were actual kerosene lamps, creating a very atmospheric setting. Overall, this is a great hotel that's worth a second visit; we had a very comfortable stay. I heard that Dingso is opening a third property, and I'll definitely want to check it out then!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and all the staff were kind and provided excellent service. What stood out, in particular, was how great they were with our beloved dog. They treated our pet so warmly, which made us feel completely at ease and able to enjoy our time together. We were very satisfied with our stay and would love to come back. I confidently recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with their dog.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the housekeeping staff are very thorough. Overall, the hotel service is of a good standard. The beachside restaurant isn't expensive and the food tastes good. The pool is open until 11 PM, which is really nice. However, there's a lack of children's activities, such as slides. There's a very small 7-Eleven right outside, and a few other places to eat or get a massage, but only a few, so not much choice. It's suitable for guests who want to relax at the hotel and not venture out.
