Excellent hotel, top-notch service! The breakfasts are good with a decent variety. There are bathrobes in the room too.

I'm extremely disappointed with this hotel; it's absolutely not worth the price. Before coming here, I stayed at the Shantaa Hotel in Thailand, which was similarly priced but offered a significantly better environment and service. In comparison, my overall experience here was a huge letdown. While the staff were polite, they were completely un proactive. No one offered to help with our luggage upon arrival; we had to carry everything ourselves. When I asked for tissues, they told me to get them from the restroom myself, which is not the kind of service I'd expect from a resort. The overall environment was also very disappointing. The pool is right next to the front desk, making it extremely noisy and impossible to relax. It's also tiny. The sun loungers by the beach were dirty, and all the seating was on the grass or rocks, not on the sand, which made for a very uncomfortable experience and completely lacked a holiday vibe. The room was very ordinary. Although it was advertised as a sea-view room, you could barely see the sea. The windows were dirty, and there were many mosquitoes and small bugs in the room, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. Breakfast was also a big downside. The selection was very limited, and the bread tasted like it had been sitting out for days, far from fresh. It felt more like a very basic guesthouse breakfast than what you'd expect from a hotel in this price range. Overall, this hotel fell far below expectations for its price point, and I would not recommend it. It was so bad I forgot to take pictures, only managed one. This is probably the worst resort I've ever stayed at in Thailand, costing around 1300 baht per night.

Right next to the famous Klong Prao Beach, the hotel's front desk staff (especially the lady) was incredibly welcoming and had excellent English, so communication was a breeze. She helped us arrange a one-day diving and fishing trip, and also sorted out a private car hire. We'll definitely be back!

The hotel is severely overpriced; it's not worth the money.
