There was a mouse in the house. I stayed there for 4 days. I didn't sleep well on two nights. On the third night, I saw a mouse running on the ground and heard a mouse squealing in the corner. On the fourth night, I was worried because the mouse was on the roof. I asked the waiter to catch the mice and caught one, but failed to catch the other and chose to change rooms. I really didn’t expect a hotel with such a high price to have such a low-level problem. There are also a lot of mosquitoes. I definitely wouldn’t dare to go there again.

Facilities: I have stayed in the best hotel in Thailand and the founder of Six Senses, so it is quite similar to Six Senses, but it feels better than Six Senses Koh Samui. We were able to spend almost a week with our family in the dream resort. Great journey with the hotel's own plane, great experience with our own buggies for the whole family and wonderful food. Unfortunately, the villa was clearly in need of renovation. Even though the eco style is very pleasant, all the rotten and falling apart floors and railings should be replaced. We were also disappointed by the fact that the Bay View villas have no view at all. Thank you for the lovely days!

This place is amazing. The attention to detail is incredible. We arrived on the private landing ***** and were transported by golf buggy to the jetty where the Soneva boat was waiting for us along with a welcome drink. We were greeted on the jetty at the resort by hosts and escorted to breakfast. The breakfast hosts were amazing. They have a plant based menu for breakfast, lunch & dinner, which was a real treat. They also have a full non plant based menu for all meals. The food, hosts, accommodation, location and environment was fantastic. This place is stunning. We stayed for 5 nights, but could have stayed longer. The Barefoot Guardians were a real touch.

During our trip to Koh Kood we came across the Treepod dining in the beautiful Soneva Kiri Resort by chance. We made a quick enquiry and booked dinner in the Treepod. Although we were not resort guests, we were given a royal welcome. The staff were simply incredible - extremely friendly and professional. Everything was superbly organised. From the pick-up in the golf cart from the entrance gate, the greeting in the lobby, the accompaniment to the Treepod and our waiter Coco on the zipline up in the air. The food was very plentiful, incredibly delicious and the view was priceless - a dream! We also liked the fact that we didn't have the feeling of having to rush (the booking is for around 1 or 1.5 hours in the Treepod). Conclusion: A great experience that was worth it in every respect.
