The resort staffs is friendly and helpful. The room is great, clean and tidy. The beach is in front of the resort with white sand and clear water. There are lot of activities provided. Excellent atmosphere. Highly recommend and will be back again for sure

The price was almost ten thousand, stayed for 5 days, found a 3-4 inch spider and an army of ants in the shower on the first day. At night I found a cockroach in the bathtub. and running in the room And saw it every day until the last day. The employees were well informed and tried to fix it as best they could.
The ceiling fan is broken, the room is hot, the air conditioner is incomplete, not cool. I recommend it to others. The room quality is not worth this price.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time. As usual in Southeast Asia, you have to compromise on some things, but we think that's just part of it. Such things as e.g. So I won't list the late pick-up from the pier - although it was agreed upon - but only the points that were important to us.
+ the hotel is located on a beautiful beach. No stones, no sea urchins and beautiful sunsets.
+ generally the staff is very friendly and helpful
+ the breakfast buffet is really great and offers a lot of variety
+ the villa with pool was large, spacious and we had a very good bed. Cleanliness was very good
+ the drinks at the beach bar were good and it was nice that you could enjoy the sunset
+ you were given several glass bottles of water in the room every day. We never had to buy additional water and when it comes to sustainability, we always like glass bottles best.
- the service at breakfast needs to be improved for a 5* hotel. We were asked once in the 5 days if we would like a second coffee. As a rule, you had to go to the counter yourself and ask for one. The used dishes at the table were also not put away.
- We didn't find the food in the restaurant particularly good. In general, we like to go out to eat in Asia and the hotel's location offers many options within walking distance.
All in all, we had a very nice stay in Highseason and really enjoyed our time.
