The beach and location were fantastic. However, the bungalow was in poor condition, black mold, holes in the mattress, stains on the sheets, the bathroom under all criticism. not worth the money.

We were lucky enough to spend three nights at Kalumè Eco Boutique Resort in December and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From start to finish, we were warmly welcomed and looked after by the warm owners and staff. Their hospitality made our stay very special. The bungalow we stayed in was designed with great attention to detail. The furnishings conveyed a cozy atmosphere that immediately made us feel at home. The cleanliness throughout the resort was impressive and it was obvious that the staff attach great importance to the hygiene and well-being of the guests. A culinary highlight was undoubtedly the Italian food in the hotel's own restaurant. The dishes were not only delicious but also prepared with fresh ingredients. The variety of the menu and the quality of the food exceeded our expectations. The Kalume Kradan Resort is truly a paradise. The idyllic setting, coupled with the warm hospitality, the charming bungalow, the exquisite food and the cleanliness, creates a perfect oasis of relaxation. We enjoyed every minute and are already planning to return next winter. Thank you to the entire team at Kalume Kradan Resort for an unforgettable stay. Very bad. Non-beachfront bungalow in poor condition. Dirty. Dirty and poorly maintained bathroom with an unwatchable toilet seat. Room impossible to ventilate. Instead of a sheet, place a towel on top. Holes in the cavity that allow access to animals. The only positive note is the restaurant where the food is good.

I stayed in this property with my family in February 2024.. we had booked two identical double rooms, but unfortunately they assigned us two different rooms overall. One room had a double bed, with a duvet on the bed and an open bathroom (as in the photos on the site) while the other had two single beds, light sheets on the bed and the bathroom closed with bamboo canes. They didn't put bath towels, we had to ask for them, and the next day they didn't replace them with clean ones. It's not expensive, but for what you pay, there should be a minimum of service in these little things... Overall not bad, but if you book rooms with the same services, I don't see why they should be different

Some of the accommodations have now been modernized, but the older cabins are in such poor condition that they are no longer allowed to be rented out: no hot water, no safe, no refrigerator, no beach chairs - and the air conditioning is only turned on at night ( where you could simply open the windows if the mosquito net wasn't broken). There can be no question of room service - one hopes that at least the beds will be changed after the change of guests. The staff in the restaurant are friendly, but apparently untrained and overwhelmed. Even though breakfast is officially served until 10 a.m., no more coffee is made after 9 a.m. There is a wild garbage dump behind the complex.

We had a house in the 2nd row (unfortunately everything else on Koh Kradan was fully booked). While the room was okay, the bathroom shocked us. Peeling black painted tiles, a defective toilet flush that didn't work even after repairs, a bad smell and a heavily corroded faucet. Even a large cockroach sometimes came out of a crack. There was only “cold” water for showering. The sink and toilet were never cleaned, the bedroom was only roughly swept, the duvet was straightened, towels were changed, toilet paper and drinking water bottles were added. Duration 2 minutes! The positive thing was that there was working air conditioning (but air flow onto the bed) and the mattress was reasonably comfortable. The breakfast is below average, it took far too long for everything to be refilled. The restaurant was mediocre, communication in English was difficult and the starters almost always came after or during the main course. The beach on Koh Kradan is very beautiful, but the “resort” was unfortunately the low point of our trip.
