Внимание , для кого это важно, очень жёсткий кровати! По утрам всегда болела спина от них. Рядом с отелем протирает речка, от этого запах сырости и плесени в номерах!
Отель находится на возвышенности на горе , чтобы дойти до него нужно подниматься в гору , для тех у кого сложности с этим будьте аккуратны с выбором отеля ! В отеле также есть крутые лестницы , много ступеней , подняться по ним по жаре очень сложно.
Персонал отеля очень добр и услужлив , во всем помогает . Когда уезжали помог на ресепшен купить билеты на паром и вызвать трансфер , 200 бат с человека.
Хороший завтрак, рядом лодки такси и лучший ресторан на пляже с левой стороны.
О важных моментах написал , будут вопросы , обращайтесь.

Wonderful family friendly hotel. Stayed here with our 2 teens, originally booked for 4 days but booked an extra night as it was so lovely. Staff were helpful and friendly, they even helped us retrieve our Son’s backpack when he left it behind upon check out, with the owner driving it to the port at 7:30 am! Very peaceful and relaxing area of Koh Pangan. I agree with the other comments that guests have made that there are sometimes a lack of sunbeds but that’s more about other travellers laying towels down when they are not using the beds.

When we were going on a night market tour organised by Havana Beach Resort, Koh Phangan, my grandma was thrown from the back of a truck onto the road, as the rear door had not been shut by the driver, and broke both her shoulders. She had to be repatriated and suffered life changing injuries. The hotel have never taken any responsibility for the accident that happened last summer. This caused life changing damage to my grandma's health and ruined what was supposed to be a once in a lifetime holiday.

I don’t usually write reviews but I have to for this hotel. They took my 83 year old grandma out on one of their night market tours. The driver loaded my grandmother in the back of the truck and forgot to close the rear door. He then took the handbrake off, rolled back and then slammed the breaks which threw my grandmother out onto the tarmac. She broke both her shoulders and it has been a life altering injury. The hotel are refusing to communicate with us (they have not even provided the accident report which we have requested). Please avoid this hotel at all costs. They completely ruined my grandmother’s health (and less importantly our holiday) and are refusing to take accountability for it.

Be warned that whilst Rickshaw Travel were extremely helpful in planning our family holiday in Thailand, they were not helpful when my mother was thrown from the back of a truck and broke both her shoulders. We were on a trip organised by the hotel, Havana Beach Resort, Koh Phangan, a hotel booked for us by Rickshaw Travel through their local agents, Kiiri travel. Neither the hotel nor Rickshaw have taken any responsibility for this totally avoidable accident. My mother had to be repatriated, suffered life changing injuries and ruined what was supposed to be the holiday of a life time. The Havana Beach Hotel has never responded to any contact made by us and Rickshaw seem to have totally washed their hands of it altogether. Totally un-acceptable!
