This place has a good location on the beach and the bed is clean. Other than that, terrible, air con not cold. Staff have bad attitude, key deposit B1000. The worst food in the restaurant, embarrassingly over priced (only get instant coffee ‘free’ with B250 breakfast as an example, English breakfast with crappy frankfurter sausages soggy beans), you have to pay on top B60 for a proper coffee. I’ve travelled thailand for months and this is frankly the worst of all the hotel experiences I’ve had. Clearly the place is targeted towards the full moon party crowd, much like this area. The soul of the people and the paying for the toilets, and constant desire to grab money for this and that mentality is not what I want from my tourism experiences - and Thailand usually does those so very well. But, it’s the party effect, I guess it is what it is. Congratulating myself for booking only one night. See ya!

There is only one reson to stay in this hotel - Full Moon Party.
Room is okay, but old, safe box layeed on the floor unscrewed etc - my rate is 3/5
Pool was fullo f of flies, no place to wash foot from sand. But located directly on the beach

The location is not too bad. It takes about 20 minutes from Thongsala pier by taxi but there is a beach just in front of hotel. There also private pool only for guests. Room is good. Enough clean, bright but amenities are a little bit disappointing. There are no toothbrushes. Sometimes we got only shower gel. No shampoo. We needed to go to reception to get them.
Overall it is good hotel in Koh Phangan.

A well located hotel with the most basic amenities. Staff are friendly and helpful if needed. The room and general standard for cleanliness is very poor. When I arrived, the bathroom had someone else’s blood drops on the floor and it remained there for the entirety of my stay. I’m not sure how thoroughly the rooms are being cleaned between guests. Breakfast is simple; not bad, no complaints. Overall, barely satisfactory.
