We had an absolutely amazing stay. Fantastic service, beautiful gardens, clean rooms. Upon arrival we received a welcome cocktail and the room had a beautiful welcome display on the bed with a free coconut mango cake. There is a lovely village walking distance from the resort, so you can get lots of different food options. The beach is beautiful and has a stunning view of the sunrise. The staff went above and beyond to find me a firm memory foam pillow on request. I loved the spa treatment- so relaxing! The only negatives was that the pool temperature in the main pool and villa were both freezing. There were also quite a few mosquitoes around, but the resort provides complimentary mosquito repellent and electric mosquito repellents. The beach is not very safe for swimming due to a strong undercurrent. Overall, 5 star experience and we would love to come back!

•staff was very nice and helpfull, super servise. Amazing people working in the hotel. •price was too high for this location. Area quite small around swimming pool, no sunset, after 2pm there is no sun anymore at the beach. •rooms also have smell of mold and you can feel clothes and bed sheets damp. •prices of glass of wine ane other cocktails was also surprising. ~15eur for 125ml of wine... for this amount of wine it is cheaper in Europe and even Dubai. To conclude the place too much expensive compared to other places in the world for this price.

I have been to Koh Phangan about 20 times. I think this resort is the best hotel in Koh Phangan. The amenities, hospitality, food, and friendly staff are truly amazing. Non, one of the staff members, was very accommodating to us. I would recommend any family or couple that doesn't like to party to stay at this resort. But if you are a partygoer, you would be better off staying at Haad Rin or Ban Thai.

We changed villas several times until we found a tolerable condition. We were glad to be able to go home! The price/performance ratio doesn't match. We stayed for 3 days and they were incredible. The attention of the staff is 10, the facilities are beautiful with a private pool in each room and they have a delicious and super varied breakfast (buffet). It is expensive but for the service and all the attention they give you it is worth it.

This is a great hotel. Starting from the location, ending with small details in the room - mosquito spray in a perfume bottle. The staff is very polite and caring. You feel in absolute comfort and safety. The hotel area is very beautiful, surrounded by greenery. Breakfasts are great. There is everything. Buffet format + ordering from the menu. Any kind of scrambled eggs, porridge, juices, avocado toast, fruit, etc. You must leave a deposit of 1000 baht at the hotel; it will be returned upon check-out. On the downside, one night there was a lot of noise from the company in the neighboring villa. With music, dancing, etc. I think the hotel should take action and prevent this from happening. Anantara Rasananda stands out as the most luxurious resort in Koh Phangan. We stay at the beach front pool suite and it was most stunning. The service is immaculate. The breakfast quality is so far above average than other anantara properties. I would like to thank Khun Poom, Khun Kae, Khun Sao, Khun Tua and Khun Doh who made this journey so memorable. We stayed for 3 nights and wish it could have been 3 weeks! Unfortunately I was under the weather for most of our trip, but Nonnie and the entire team really looked out for me and went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Little gestures like bringing fresh ginger slices and other bits and pieces for tea and simply being present and available truly elevated our experience.
