Excellent hotel, good service, luxurious rooms with stunning views. The hotel's beach is among the most beautiful on the island. The food in the hotel's restaurant is delicious and clean. Excellent breakfast.

The hotel was really nice and the room as well. The price was a bit high but for this really excellent rooms. The service was not what I have expected for this kind of hotel. There is definitely a way to improve.

Not sure about the standard in Haad Rin, but compared to other hotels in Phangan/Samui, this is not a 4-stars experience at all (especially not for the price required).
Rooms are small and too close to each other.
Breakfast is really basic and very crowded.
Hotel staff is not the most pleasant around.
They fine and threaten about anything related to external food/drinks but then ask for amazingly high prices in their restaurant for mediocre food (and awful cocktails).
If it was a 3-star hotel at half the price then maybe it would be worth it.
Saving grace is the great beach and the hotel itself is rather beautiful.
