Suncloud Hotel Koh Samet

There are such clean and tidy rooms on Samet Island. It was only opened in 2023. It is small but beautiful, warm and comfortable, and the waiters are very enthusiastic. It is located between the Diamond Beach and the pier, so it is convenient to go anywhere!

The room is average, quite quiet, not very noisy, the traffic is okay, the reception service is good, the surrounding area is convenient for shopping, and the convenience store is only a five-minute walk away.

Not recommended. 1. The mattress is still wrapped in its original plastic packaging. It makes a rustling sound when I turn over, which makes me feel uncomfortable; 2. The water pressure is unstable, and the water will become smaller when taking a bath, or even cut off. 3. The air conditioner in the room assigned for the first time cannot cool down (it should be due to refrigerant leakage). When I reported it to the front desk, the front desk pressed the remote control for a while and then asked me to wait for 2 hours to see if the air conditioner was ready. I refused and insisted on changing my room (it should not be the same room type) and asked me to change back to the original room the next day, which I agreed to. 4. There was basically no smile during the communication at the front desk, as if it was disturbing her. Finally, on the day I left, I saw someone else. I thought she was nice, and I suspected she was the boss's wife. Others: It's just near the main road on the island and close to Diamond Beach, which is an advantage.

It takes about 10 minutes to walk from Diamond Beach. It is not convenient to change after swimming. The hotel itself is quite clean. The paper towels here are really bad. Fortunately, I brought my own paper. The environment next to it is really not good. Great. However, the three-bed room is quite spacious.

1. The location is not close to the seaside, it takes about 5-10 minutes to walk there. It also takes 5-10 minutes to walk from the pier. 2. The scenery is average, facing other residential buildings. 3. It is not a 24-hour front desk, and there is no one after 6 o'clock. 4. The air conditioner in my room was broken on the first night and water overflowed. Fortunately, the bed was moved to the other side. I called workers to repair it the next day and said it was dirty because it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. 5. The large rooms on the first floor look better, but the rooms on the second floor are very economical.

The bathroom in the room on the first floor smells very bad. The patio in the back also has the same problem. It stinks.

The sanitation and environment are good, but there is no hot water in the bathroom
