Staff were very LGTBQ friendly and went out of their way to help and advise us

Very beautiful room, very beautiful beach just at the back of the hotel. Friendly staffs. Great stay, would definitely consider to stay there again if i visit koh samui again.

We stayed in a pool room villa which was lovely. We really enjoyed the hotel and amenities. The beach by the hotel was lovely (a little bit of litter, but lovely temperature). The communication could have been better - we didn’t realise there was a shuttle between this hotel and the twin hotel, or that the hotel provided kayaks and stand up paddle boards until the last day (we paid to rent a SUP earlier in our stay). The breakfasts were awesome, very enjoyable!

Lovely hotel, breakfast is nice but I’ve had better in Krabi at a 4* hotel, lovely amenities including pool, unfortunately it wasn’t secluded and as a Muslim female - i wasn’t able to go in

Amazing experience. Very comfortable stay. The room is big and luxury design. Love the bed overhang. The pool is deep and clean. Step Away to the beach. Love the cave spa and beach romantic dinning seating.

On the best part of Choengmon beach. Rooms are very large with jacuzzi bath, rain shower, nice balcony. Thai style hotel. Stayed here twice and loved it. Staff very friendly and nice. Across the street are Chinese BBQ pork noodles, convenience store, and Thai restaurants. Not a modern hotel but has a Thai feel. Lots of free events like towel folding class, fruit carving classes for free. Recommend the hotel!

Absolutely amazing place, everything about this hotel was perfect. We stayed in the pool villa and it was private and spacious and immaculately maintained. The staff were all super kind and friendly and I felt really welcomed here. The location on Choeng Mon beach is beautiful. The pool and spa were all gorgeous.

This was my first visit to Koh Samui. Thanks to the hotel, I had a good impression. Nice hotel with all amenities. Met by kind helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and well designed. Chic terraces for evening gatherings with the family). Good varied breakfast by the ocean. The beach is clean without trash and cigarette butts. The entrance is gentle. The child had a wonderful time. There are two good swimming pools that are very comfortable. There are enough sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach. The bar staff are attentive and serve some really cool cocktails. In the evening you can take a walk along the street near the hotel with great pleasure. Few people, good pavement and many good cafes and shops. It's a pity that we stayed for a couple of days. Next time we'll hold on longer.

This hotel has Thai characteristics. Although there is no elevator, it is very beautiful overall. The room is very large. The breakfast is very exquisite and delicious. There is no additional charge for children. The service is warm. I would like to come again.

The hotel accommodation area is a stacked townhouse, with 2 rooms on the first floor, 2 rooms on the second floor, and 2 rooms on the third floor. Let’s focus on the accommodation on the third floor. This kind of room is not suitable for the elderly with inconvenient legs or customers with children. It is inconvenient to go up and down the stairs without an elevator. One of the 2 rooms is a double bed room, and the other room is a twin bed room. It is suitable for two families to travel together, and it is also suitable for couples to travel with one parent. Both rooms have their own separate bathroom, shower facilities, sink, etc., and they also have TVs (which we almost never watch). One of the twin rooms also has a bathtub. The rooms on the third floor have independent swimming pools, terraces, square tables, deck chairs, simple refrigerators, microwaves and other facilities, and the privacy is considered good. The hotel TV signal and WiFi signal are generally not very stable. Moreover, it is located in a tropical humid environment, and there are occasionally small bugs in the room. This needs to be paid attention to. Breakfast is more suitable for European and American stomachs, but there are also a small number of noodles, noodles, buns, porridge, etc. suitable for Chinese people. There is also a small bar and coffee bar next to the restaurant, providing a variety of beverages, wines, etc. The hotel has an independent public swimming pool, which is together with the beach + restaurant + cave SPA. The beach environment is okay. Free drinks are occasionally provided, and skateboards, sea bikes, and kayaks are all provided free of charge. Not 100% satisfied, but overall a great experience!
