Nice view. Enjoyed the beach activities. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly, which was great. The pool was surprisingly spacious and deep.

The beachfront room was absolutely amazing. And the entire staff, from housekeeping to the front desk and the transfer service, truly provided exceptional hospitality.

We'd like to thank this establishment for fulfilling every single one of our requests. We chose this place for our honeymoon and had a flawless and perfect experience. We know for sure that if we come back, we'll choose this place again. The only downside for us was the beach; otherwise, everything was great.

This was our second time at Garrya Tongsai Bay, and we truly love it here. The staff throughout the entire hotel provide exceptional service, always warm, genuine, and making you feel valued. We were particularly touched when a server at the restaurant remembered us from last year—it really shows that the hotel has a very comprehensive and thoughtful guest service training system in place. The dining is also fantastic; both the seafood restaurant and the Thai restaurant are delicious. The hotel has its own private beach, and while the sand is a bit coarse, it's incredibly comfortable for relaxing. While the room facilities are a bit dated, the excellent service far outweighs any minor hardware issues, making for an overall superb vacation experience. We've already decided we'll be back again and genuinely recommend this hotel.

Extremely satisfied. The environment is beautiful and secluded. This was my second stay, and the service was as excellent as ever.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's only a 10-minute drive from the airport. The service is high-standard, especially the food – we tried breakfast, lunch, and dinner and were very satisfied. Authentic Thai cuisine. The kids' club is a bit small, but the staff are very attentive. Our family of three, including our child, had a wonderful time.

Great quiet location. The staff was incredibly attentive at every level. The villas with private pools are definitely worth it. Both pools are superb. Honestly, faultless! A little tip: rent a car if you want to dine out or explore the surroundings.
