I did my Advanced Open Water with Jamie and had so much fun! He is such a good teacher and always makes sure that you are doing alright:)))) thanks for some of the most memorable days of my backpacking trip 🌸🫧🌞🌸🫧🌞🐢🙏🏼👌🏼😌😜 If your are planning to get your open water / aow on Koh Tao, do it will Assava ＜3 (and Jamie)

The place is located right at the beach. It is a resort with various types of rooms and also it is a dive shop. It is super convenient to sign up for scuba diving. They go out twice a day, both are two tanks dives. They are well organized and have their own dive boat. The boat is comfortable and the equipment is in good condition. All of the dive masters and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and fun to be with. My dive master was Benny. He is patient, friendly and helpful. Their fun dive package is good value with discount if you have multiple dives with them.

Had an amazing experience at Assava going through the Advanced Open Water Course! Shoutout to Will the instructor, super professional and made us feel like we are in good hands at any moment. Would definitely come back 💯💯

What an experience! Everything went perfectly and the diving school is super professional. A special thanks to Vianney, my instructor. I had a great time with him and can only recommend everyone to do their diving license here. It was a pleasure!

The main focus here is diving. Not food, drink or the rooms. We stayed at probably the best chalet (by the beach) and it was small, basic and the a/c couldn't keep up with the modest heat. We had to pay for an upgrade as the "delux" chalet was a cupboard. Unfortunately, if you stay at a dive resort, they're nearly all like this

We did the first time diving in our life with this dive resort. Because we didn't have any experience with diving, our instructor Jason took the time to explain everything into details. We felt safe going into the water under supervision of him! We had a great time with him as a instructor. Also the other instructors were really interested in your progress during the training. Everything falls into place at Assava. Another really important part is that Assava isn't overloaded with tourist. That is why they can focus on your skill en ability to dive. Also the contact with the dive resort is personal and not automated generated message. And because it was our first time, that was important to us because we had a lot of questions. We highly recommend this dive resort! 🤙🏻
