Reception staff were helpful.
On the website it states they offer free pick up and drop off at the pier, but I was told only if I book trips with them.
Rooms get cleaned, but only the beds are made up but coffee cups and glasses were never cleaned or replaced. Additionally, electricity goes out at random times, the wifi was really bad& water doesn’t get hot.
You need a bike because the location is not walkable..
However, the pool area is very nice.

The room where I stayed at the entrance doesn’t connect to internet properly , very poor connection.
There is mold in the bathroom , the bed is comfy and the room spacious . A bit overpriced compared to other accoms nearby

Nice clean resort, rooms a good size with all the amenities you could want. Location is a little far from the centre but we knew this when we booked - you definitely need a bike to get around the island! Overall would recommend.

Secound time came here. Gave me grand floor. I saw some ants on bathroom. But it’s what is it. I was near mountain area.if u wanna stay there u must get motorbike.

Very nice place to stay if you’re looking for something calm with a pool… It was very clean, with water and coffee included, as well as the shuttle from the ferry to the hostel… they also kept our bags after the check out so we could enjoy the rest of our day… It was not too far by walk from the main areas of koh tao, but the road to get there is a little impractical… Overall very nice place to stay if you’re a little older and/or you don’t want to party or hear the loud noises from the main streets…

Hotel located in the middle of the jungle but 10 minutes by car/scooter from the port and the largest town on the island. Spacious room equipped with all comforts (safe, bathroom products, air conditioning, fridge, etc.), including a nice patio with chairs and table. The staff is very kind and helpful. The structure, also equipped with a beautiful swimming pool, offers a free pick up service from the port upon arrival and departure if you take the ferry tickets from them. Furthermore, at the structure it is possible to change money into local currency and rent scooters, absolutely essential to reach the various beaches all within a short distance from the structure.

Bad organization. The room was fine. However, contacting reception is not easy. They assured free transportation from the pier to the hotel and vice versa. On the way there I waited for about an hour until I found someone to contact the reception at the port. On the way back they charged 300 THB. The mobile network was EDGE and the Wifi signal did not reach my room. Many sounds could be heard from the rest of the rooms.
