Standardroom comes without AC, my booking didnt say that. We got that told during check in. Was not great. But on the other hand we had a very cold shower. At least a bit of cooling down with the bad and hot air in the room.
But nice ocean View. Loved that. Room is very big.

Super nice location! Staff ok, clean ok.
We stayed in this hotel 2 times, in the first room (triple bed room) there was no hot water, the second time was better both for the hot water in the shower and for the view of the room.
Good and fast laundry service!

The room was a great size with a separate balcony and bathroom. They offer a laundry service where your clothes get washed and dropped back to your door. Close to amazing view points!

The location is good, 12 mins walk from the pier and 1 min walk to the quiet side of sairee beach. Restaurants and shops are all near by. The Room was basic and clean, good for the value. Owners are very friendly.

Good for the price, everything was clean and working, the bathroom and the bed were new, everything was well sealed against insects, there was a fridge, you won't easily find the best price/performance ratio. The owners don't talk much, but they are helpful.

By opting for a sea side room, you will have space, air conditioning, a very clean room and large bay window with terrace overlooking the sea directly, also appreciable at sunset... not much added service but the value Q-P remains very favorable for the island, with a truly privileged location... don't hesitate if you are not keen on service... everything is in the right measure!
