The minuses: one of the swimming pools was always occupied by diving lessons. And the arduous climb to the bedroom. Shuttles are offered however

Super nice hotel with a beautiful view. The service was great and the golf cart took you everywhere in the resort. The breakfast was also rich and left nothing to be desired. All in all a nice visit there!

It was one of the nicest hotels we had on our trip. The service was excellent and there was even a free shuttle to the ferry. There are also several daily shuttles to the beach and back. A scooter is recommended to explore the island. The villa was very clean, the food was delicious and the pool was mostly empty and at a good temperature.
We would book it again and again!!!

Very good family stay. Spacious room, very very large beds - you can easily accommodate 2 children and 2 adults. (provide extra for breakfast) Good mattress. Very good diving center, good welcome. Frequent shuttle in high season to the beach, but journey entirely possible on foot: 20 min. towards Walking Street - beach. Very friendly reception service and Jane was very efficient and gave good advice. Good buffet breakfast with everything you need.

This fourth stay shows how much my children and I like it. The children especially like the 3.5-meter swimming pool, which should be heated and can swim 24 hours a day.
Today I would like to commend the waiters for their smiles, enthusiasm and thoughtfulness. The porter (picture 2) stopped his car and took us back to the hotel when he saw us on the road.
This year there is also a Chinese-speaking lady at the front desk (picture 1), making communication more convenient.

If you like comfort and convenience, then this is the place for you. Great hotel, great service, super staff! Very friendly, responsive and always ready to help. Communication via WhatsApp is a special thrill, any issue is resolved promptly. Breakfast is standard, everything is delicious. I don't know about dinners. The rooms are spacious and cleaned every day. Light is a smart home. Even for the first time, it’s unusual that there is a civilization on the island))) all the light is in one control panel near the bed. A golf cart can take you to the city at any time, it is free. I only returned on foot once! Slowly for 15-20 minutes. 5 minutes from the hotel there is a large market where you can buy a lot of things. Tea was important to me! This is a problem in Thailand. The hotel itself teaches diving in English. I still went to the Russian school - scuba birds on Mae Haad. I recommend.
