The staff were pleasant and helpful. The restaurant was good and very reasonably priced, but not open in the evening. The room was great except that the water didn't drain well on the bathroom floor.

The hotel is located at the end of Sairee Beach and therefore a bit away from the noise. Beach chairs and especially the cushions were totally old and torn and unfortunately, because it was raining a lot, the cushions were all soaked in water. They urgently need new editions. We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights, we had a deluxe villa room on the upper floor. These rooms must have been renovated, the room was large and had a nice balcony and large bathroom. But very stupidly organized, the soap dispenser and towel holder were far away from the sink and def shower. Toilet flush was almost unusable. The sink only had cold water and only salt water to use. The bungalows are very small with little space and are in total need of renovation. There were four of us and we ate in the hotel on the first evening, none of us could rate our food as good. The next day we had breakfast at the hotel again and then never ate anything in this hotel again. We actually wanted to go on a lot of excursions but it rained almost every day and we were only able to take a taxi boat to Koh Nang Yuan one day and that was worth the entire vacation. Only recommended. The staff at the hotel is very nice and helpful except for the boss at the reception.
