Compared to other places in Koh Tao the room was nice, clean and the towels/sheets smelled good. Price/quality you expected a bit more for what you paid. Two doors down a stay would be half the price and you would get a room of a little bit less quality but also a pool.
Staff was really friendly and the location is conveniently next to the pier where you arrive. It’s a bit of a walk to where all the bars/restaurants are but if you rent a scooter you’ll be more than fine.

I really like this beautiful house and the beautiful scenery here. I especially want to thank the girl with glasses at the front desk. She was very enthusiastic to help me contact the transportation information for the next stop, and was very patient and thoughtful. Living in Ananda Villa, watching the sunset and swimming at the beach are really close at hand. The hotel room is very spacious and comfortable, the Thai restaurant downstairs is also very good, and it is also close to the pier to take a boat.

We stayed in a room right on the beach for two nights. The location is great, it didn't take us long to get from the pier. The room was clean and the staff was super friendly. There was also laundry service.
It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the party part of the island. But it fits! There is a restaurant right next door for breakfast or cold drinks in between.

I came to KOH TAO to learn diving and chose to stay in this hotel. It is very close to the pier and there is a restaurant next to it. The hotel's own restaurant is also very delicious and very cost-effective. There is a 711 about 100 meters away, which is very convenient.

This place is a 2min walk from the pier so there’s no need for getting a taxi. Plenty of restaurants, dive shops and other stores close by. The room is well maintained as is the bathroom. The door lock is a simple padlock which the property should replace with a proper lock.

I had the ocean view room and it was wonderful - the view is absolutely incredible. Room was clean with comfortable bed and nice high ceilings. Shower was good. Restaurant on site had a nice vibe and good food. Room was well insulated so you couldn't hear any of the outside noise. Beach in front of the hotel is nice for swimming and tanning - some days there was a lot of garbage in the water but that was everywhere on the island. Wifi isn't that great - ok to check emails but video calls and downloading files/images was impossible. Had a bit better luck with the wifi at the restaurant. The busy beach is just a 10 minute walk away and it was nice to be 1 min away from the ferry terminal. Great and convenient place to stay!

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel (2 rooms in the main building on the first floor). The hotel is very close to the pier (3 min walk), so there are quite a few large boats nearby which pollute a little on the edge of the beach, which is a shame. It is close to all shops, restaurants, diving centers and others. However, located at the end of the street, it is rather quiet. The balconies are very pleasant, the rooms are spacious and clean. Only the bathrooms are cramped and impractical (also very little pressure in the shower). The employees are helpful and attentive. We chose this hotel mainly to sleep and be able to travel around the island, so it met our expectations very well. We had it
