Great location right on Sairee Beach, close to all amenities. My only issue was that I stayed in an older building, and the air conditioning in my room wasn't working – it was just blowing air. I informed the staff, and they sent a technician, but it still didn't get cool.

The hotel location is perfect! Right in the heart of the action. The service was good. My room was clean. The hotel is slightly dated, and the price was a little high in our opinion. We absolutely loved the free ferry pick and drop off. The breakfast buffet was nice and the view was amazing! I’d recommend this hotel.

The hotel is good, and the breakfast is good too. However, it doesn't offer a view and is located in the middle of the party scene, with music playing late into the night. It's perfect for a one-night stay to explore the island's center. The beach is lovely in the morning when it's empty, but gets crowded in the evening.

Great service, liked getting water in glass bottles. Fab location, probably not the best if you want to sit by the pool all day but the beach is right there. Lovely staff

Hotel location was great. The luxury rooms are further away from the busy street so it is nice and quiet there. Breakfast was nice and it also changed a bit every morning. Had towels for the beach and room was clean. The balcony was nice as well. Hotel staff was friendly and attentative and helped us with everything.

The resort is lovely and in a great location right on the beach. Our bathroom had a really bad smell. It is extremely noisy at night, very loud music so not the place if you want to relax.
