I really liked it. Very clean, comfortable bed, beautiful view from the room, unlimited hot water, very quiet.
Internet is not very good for work (if that matters) and there aren't enough towels at the pool.

As for the aesthetics of the accommodation, it is beautiful, the views from the room are the best and the surroundings in nature, the pool for us alone and with the sound of the animals in the background. However, the service left a lot to be desired, they offered a free taxi pick-up from the pier upon your arrival but they didn't send you a message or bother to let you know. When we arrived, we paid for a taxi and explained what happened and instead of offering us a free ride, they told us it wasn't their problem. On the other hand, there is never anyone at the reception, it seems that no one works there and every time you need something you have to wait and be lucky that a worker appears and notifies the receptionist. If you are afraid of bugs, it is better not to come, because there are quite a few of them (lizards, lizards, spiders, etc.) and they also enter the room through the air conditioning.
The road to go up is quite steep and unpaved full of rocks, if you go with a motorcycle it is dangerous, especially in the rainy season.
Finally, the surroundings of the accommodation can be dangerous since falling coconuts and huge palm tree branches can hurt you a lot if they hit you. I know from experience... they saw a spiked branch fall on me and they didn't even flinch.

It’s a very remote area which for a solo traveller was a little daunting at night without getting taxis. There is a lovely beach 10 minute walking distance but most dive centres are a 25 minute walk away so suggest staying nearer to the pier. The villa was fairly dirty including the sheets and towels provided. The receptionist didn’t seem to be around a lot and was always 10 minutes away when you called her. They advertise transfers to the pier at certain times but they didn’t run unless you pressed them too. Resulted in having to get taxis a few times which was costly.
Focused on the negatives because all in all the island is spectacular however perhaps you can find better for the same price?

The Villa was super clean and comfortable. It felt like home. The bed and pillows were sooooo cosy. The stuff very nice. The pool area was also very relaxing. The owner was very helpful! Grateful giving me some extra time with the checkout Highly recommended 👌
