It costs more than 1,000 yuan for two people. There are kayaks and snorkeling. I saw sea anemones. It was very interesting and the service was very good. The sixth sense score of Little Long Island is 1 out of 5. 1. Very dirty and outdated, seriously lack of maintenance 2. The super unreasonable design of the villa is a big risk of harm to people, 3. A bunch of pure clothes X are not gorgeous Real trivial details. 4. English is super poor, communication is far worse than ordinary 5-star hotels. 5. It is the best mosquito paradise in all the luxury hotels in Thailand that I have stayed in. Strongly not recommended.

Maybe we were unlucky but it didn't go as we hoped. The Six Senses Yao Noi was the last stop on our trip to Thailand and we considered the stay at this resort the “icing on the cake” of this wonderful adventure in Southeast Asia. When you choose a resort like the Six Senses, considered by many specialized magazines among the Top 10 hotels in Thailand, and you spend a lot of money you expect everything to be perfect but this was not the case. During our stay, the word "misunderstanding" was often used in defense of the disservices revealed. I would rather speak of "inattention" towards the real needs of customers (beyond the thousand greetings and the thousand smiles we received...) and now I will explain the reasons for my negative opinion. It all begins upon our arrival. Even though we had communicated well in advance, through the emails we exchanged, that we would arrive at the Six Senses with a boat transfer from the Rayavadee resort in Krabi and despite a telephone communication from our assistant at the Rayavadee, Miss Han, on the same morning as the transfer with the notice of the estimated time of our arrival, we found no one waiting for us (something similar has never happened upon arrival at a 5 star resort!). Not having received any communication on the precise landing place, we intuitively used one of the two beaches of the resort (next to the boathouse and near the pier-walkway). We landed like castaways on a desert island and we also had to arrange for the transfer of our luggage! After an initial moment of embarrassment we luckily met an employee who proceeded to call a club car which finally accompanied us to the reception. Another embarrassing moment happened the next day, on the occasion of our friend's birthday. We had communicated well in advance, at the express request of the resort's "Reception Office", that there would be an anniversary during our stay. Despite this, nothing was done to make this day special, in the room or in the evening at dinner. The only attention was at the end of the dinner the serving of 2 (there were 5 of us...) slices of cake with a candle. And to think that we had requested (naturally for a fee...) a larger cake to celebrate our friend more worthily. Well…they forgot this too! I don't make comparisons with other similar situations experienced in other Resorts of the same level and the attention we received on these occasions but you can't always hide behind a "misunderstanding". And finally, the most serious event was what happened on the last evening of our stay when my daughter, who was preparing to take a shower, literally had the door fall on her due to the hinges failing. Fortunately she managed to "block" the heavy door, breaking her fall and coming out with some slight bruises but it really could have happened.
