The Hotel Maxx is under new management. Everything works. We have hot water and enough water to flush the toilets, even on the 5th floor. The hotel is clean and well managed. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The Chef provides excellent meals that are not too spicy for western pallets.

I had a worst experience from one of receptionist rashmi or whoever she was . False advertisement. I asked her i was going to check in only if swimming pool was working only to find out that swimming pool had no water . Had a very bad customer experience .As a owner of one of kailash yatra team I am not going to recommend any of my guest to your hotel unless u have friendly receptionist and provide true information to customers

Very poor service. Air conditioning doesn't work in rooms as well as lobby. Room service very poor. Staff not responsive. Please don't stay here. Food quality is also worst. Reception staff took 40 minutes to generate the bill.
