After a confusing start (the property isn’t marked nor was parking, and I couldn’t find the owner,) we were shown to our studio. It was immaculate, with spare, but nice furnishings. Everything was comfortable, and the blackout shades appreciated. We found the amenities a bit lacking. No toiletries, beyond liquid soap, provided and only instant coffee. That said, it was convenient to many areas around Auckland, and off street parking in a safe neighborhood counts for a lot! We also enjoyed the view to the water over the rooftops.

Really nice, modern, clean unit with a lovely view over the bay. There are some lovely restaurants and beaches just down the road. Easy off-road parking.

Wonderful location and very clean unit. Hosts were very accommodating when we added our adult daughter to our room. Set up an extra bed, etc.
It would have been nice to include shampoo and conditioner. We traveled the entire month and every other place provided it.
It was a little strange and somewhat uncomfortable that the hosts came into our unit when we were not there and we were checking out the next day.

A very clean, spacious modern accomodation. Quiet location with a very comfortable bed with a beautiful outlook over well kept garden. Close to beaches. Modern fittings all needs met. Chris our host was very helpful, parking was at the property.

Lovely studio unit with sea view- bright and clean. Perfect for a short stay for our family of 2 adults and 2 children. Great location, just minutes away from Kohi beach and nearby Mission Bay. And located in a safe neighbourhood- we felt very safe and comfortable staying there during our 3nights stay. Hosts are very responsive and friendly.

Such an unexpected find and such a beautiful area. Literally a few minutes walking from the beach with views over to the islands, and ten minutes walk into the centre of Mission Bay with its bars, restaurants and stores, and buses into the CBD. The apartment is modern and fully equipped, with a lovely comfortable bed, bathroom with under floor heating, as well as a useful kitchen area. Everything one needs. The owners are super helpful and very accommodating, and I would definitely stay there again. The only downside? That I couldn't stay longer!!

Great location by the beach and lovely neat accommodation. It was so quiet there. Very easy to deal with the owners and the room had everything we needed. Appreciated the parking close by. I do struggle with such a high credit card fee especially given cash is the only other option. Would definately return.

Had an incredible stay here to round out our 3 week visit to NZ. This was the perfect space to get in some relaxation after lots of adventuring and it felt so luxurious. Very comfortable bed and wonderful location to walk to the water. Plus, they made accommodations for us to store an oversized item for the week prior to our stay. Cannot recommend enough and will be staying again when we return to NZ!
