The a**osphere of the room was nice, but there was a lot of hair that seemed to belong to women in the room, so I couldn't say it was very sanitary.
I think it would have been easier to use the benefits if the terms and conditions for members' benefits had been clarified in advance regarding the difference between free use and reservation customers.
