The one thing that I really liked about GIH is the service staff, they are really friendly and approachable. Also, the complimentary breakfast and dinner saved us a lot of money that would have been spent on food alone.

Had a three day conference in Kokopo to arrange. The team at the Gazelle were responsive to the requirements. At the Conference everything was set up as requested and Dicky and his team did a great job over the course of the days. The lunches were very good and the participants were very happy with the venue.

Been to Kokopo for business and stayed in Gazelle international hotel. Their service is excellent. From the reception to the janitor all smiles with greetings. We were attended to by Dicky Poutia for the duration of our 2 day workshop and he was presentable, approachable and very professional. He introduced himself on the first day and made sure the rooms were ready and all meals served on time. We commend him for the excellent customer service and overall friendliness.

GI known for it's standard, and there is only few choices pop up in mind when visiting Kokopo (ENB). Situat3d close to the main road, Golf course overlooking famous Volcano. Experienced staff, friendly a**osphere, and security.

Meals in dinner and breakfast covered in the bookings backed up with complimentary laundry is unbeatable value for a premier hotel in the heart of kokopo town, ENB Province. The conference package that came with its own personal attendant Mr Dicky Poutia was a great experience in hospitality to the highest order. Well done GI you're setting the trend for service and value in the hospitality and hoteliers industry for PNG.

I enjoyed my stay at Gazelle. The customer service and food was great. Great set up and service at the conference room. Plus we had complementary dinner and breakfast. Beautiful people and great local experience.
