The building company has a shared warehouse with a laundry room (washing machine and 2 clothes drying cabinets) and a ski-lubricating rack for free use by the residents. In addition, apartment-specific cage storage, e.g. for storing skis.
Internet connection: Fiber optic 200/200 Mbps, WiFi6. IPTV: Maxivision basic package.
Air heat pump for additional heating and cooling.
Note An electric car can be charged from a heating pole with a current of 8 A between 00:00 and 16:00. Ylälänsi is a cozy three storey loft house in a calm area nearby ski slopes and ski trails.
