Hotel booked thru mm t was confirmed but after reaching at hotel, there was no room. We have to wait for hours till manager arranged another hotel at a far of place and dropped us there. And for that we had to spent additional 1000 cost on transportation to our destination for our scheduled work.

Have to wait for 20 minutes to have our room, room condition not good, not cleaned at all, pouches even beer bottles are there from previous visitors, asked them to clean but didn't, don't provide towel, will recommend to stay, only positive is its location

They mentioned that they have free parking in the hotel but when we went we see that they have no parking. As a result we have to park the hotel in the parking area of kolkata corporation, which was paid parking

We had 8am check in, stayed overnight and 6pm checkout to catch night train. We were charged for 1.5 days which was very reasonable.

I cancelled the booking upon arrival.
My first question was how can ******* register and sell such standard low hotel. Upon arrival , the small loby one table was so dirty, the lift is just like 6 sq ft , capable of one 2 persons. Rooms too dirty and the toilet so disgusting. This was my first visit in Kolkata , reached a 10 pm and had to look for a hotel all around , I was fed up , finally I the ''Panash Hotel'' on banerjee road , Rs 4000 per night which was satisfactory.
