Hotel is at prime location. Food is excellent. Only the standard room is very small. But staffs are soo polite and helpful.

Room was very small. I had booked room for me, my wife and my infant son. The room didn't have any space left after the bed. The bathroom smelled foul, the room was not clean. The situation was terrible.

We are 3 persons - 2 adult and one child, they are provide two separate single bed. Breakfast limited conditionally. When we are reached to hotel, they are told no booking here. Not checking properly. After that say yes yes. When i told our breakfast is complimentary. They are told you don't booked breakfast. Tv connection is not recharge. No

The wifi doesn’t work here and intercom is in such condition that you have to go every-time to the reception to order. Imagine spending a day without internet, i couldn’t attend my meetings bcz of it, post complaint they say we are checking. Absolutely nightmarish stay.

Location is very good. Rooms are not up to mark, they take charge of suit and provide superior rooms with very small bathroom. Water not available frequently so when going to bathroom please fill the bucket first. They first say late checkout charge 500 and then after 1 hour they call to either check out or give 2500 extra. So not a dependable one.
