Short staffed. Takes a long time to provide room service. Cleanliness is not upto the mark. We stayed for 7 days and sheets weren't changed, bathroom and floors improperly cleaned. The hotel driveway is always blocked by owner's car which is not shifted even when guest informs. Would not recommend for long stays.

Great room and food! staff are helpful and location is 15 mins from vfs rune tower, makes it perfect stay for visa purpose

A fantastic place to stay anytime! Conveniently located near excellent eateries, it offers clean, well-appointed rooms that rival those of large hotels. The service has a warm, personal touch, much like a boutique hotel. The housekeeping staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. My friends arranged for us to have an adjoining restaurant, which featured a stunning open rooftop. Gourang and the rest of the restaurant staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience.

After a long day, i found the kitchen closed at 10:30 pm, leaving me to order from zomato. Unfortunately, i had to come down and collect the food myself as staff was unavailable, which was inconvenient and tiring. Additionally, the front office service was below expectations, which added to the overall dissatisfaction.

The bedsheets where not clean and there were no dental kit available in the room, we had to request them for the same and we requested for water refill that did not arrive for one of the rooms. Please look into these issues for future

The room was not clean, each area having dust, no foot mat seen near the toilet gate, flow of water in toilet was very less, handover blower was not working

The receptionist was pathetic, her behaviour was something like we are trespassing her property for free. I don’t know why these hotels don’t hire a trained receptionist these days.

I had stayed in southern plaza in 2021 so based on past good experience i had with this property i had gone ahead and booked it this time. But it was very disappointing stay. The room and bathroom was not clean (cobwebs in the room and washroom wc had stains. The towels too looked like they weren’t washed. The hotel mentioned they provide toiletries but only a hand soap and body wash/shampoo was available. Probably a bad day for the hotel staff and hope they see this review and work on the feedback.
