The woman who greeted us was very helpful and friendly, but that was the last good thing that happened. The room was absurdly small, maybe 12' x 12', and the ceilings slope almost to the floor! If you are over 4' 6" tall (125cm?) (I do not exaggerate) you will certainly suffer a painful bump on the head. Also, there is no AC: it was very uncomfortably hot and stuffy. And this is not a full service hotel. For example, if there is a problem in the corridor in the middle of the night (as there was) there is no-one downstairs to help: it is locked up and dark. This place is not recommended.

Ich buchte das Hotel für ein Pärchenwochenende als Geburtstagsgeschenk für meinen man als Arrangement bei kurzurlaub.de Den ersten Dämpfer bekam ich, als die enthaltene Massage kurz vor Anreise per mail gekänzelt wurde. Wir reisten trotzdem an. Der Parkplatz ist nicht kostenfrei (1€ pro Tag). Beim check-in mussten wir etwas warten, was unangenehm war, weil wir zwischen den Gästen, die an ihren Tischchen Getränke zu sich nahmen, standen. Der Beteich vor der Rezeption war quasi auch Lounge. 😕 Vorauskasse an der Rezeption für den gesamten Aufenthalt, Empfangsdame war höflich. Zimmer top, Bad ungepflegt, heruntergekommen, klein, kaum Ablageflächen. Frühstück vom Buffet top, Abendessen ( Buffet, 2 Gerichte, Dessert- und Salatgläschen) war Fertigkrams, keine frische Küche! Die Massage wurde übrigens gestrichen, weil es nur 1 Masseurin im ganzen Hause gibt, die nicht zugegen war. 🤨 Es war ok, aber wir kommen nicht wieder.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war klein, hatte aber durch die schrägen Wände etwas besonderes. Und, was man in neuen Hotels kaum noch findet, es hatte einen Schrank für die persönlichen Sachen zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer war sauber und zum Empfang liebevoll gestaltet. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück und Abendessen waren vielseitig und lecker. Wir waren durchweg zufrieden. Vielen Dank!
